The rules and features of Okey Plus
Okey Plus is played with four players, either online or offline. The game uses 106 tiles, which are numbered from 1 to 13 in four colors (red, yellow, green, and black). The game starts with the dealer throwing the dice to determine which stack of tiles to start with. Then, the dealer throws the dice again to choose a tile from that stack.
